Introduction:

This course is specially designed for SLEAS officers who expect for their promotion from class II to class I. This is a blended learning program specially designed to empower the educational leaders and managers with their leadership and managerial competencies.

Nature of Programme:
1.  This is SLQF Level 09, 30 credits programme.
2.  This is an one year programme (12 Months) and comprises with two semesters.
3. The teaching methodologies accomplished by a set of activities based on Learning           centred approach together online leaning and face to face teaching methods. The main      mode includes both pedagogical and andragogical approaches and also adopts expository,     individualized learning, group presentation, individual presentation, collaborative learning,  problem based learning, case studies and research methods.
